The Damansara belt — stretching from TTDI through Damansara Utama (SS23), Damansara Jaya (SS22), to Mutiara Damansara and Tropicana — is Petaling Jaya's most established, most international, and most quietly aspirational address. It doesn't have KLCC's prestige or Mont Kiara's expat density, but it offers something both of those lack: functional maturity.
